Starting at £45 per month (excl. VAT) - final price is dependant on your system i.e. type of EPOS terminal, age etc. Additional charges on systems of more than 1 terminal.

This contract will include the following:

  • Maintenance Contract contains the full Telephone / Software Support Contract and it's benefits, however also covers the price of all call out fees and labour costs*

* Maintenance Contract does not cover the cost of any required parts for repairs.

This contract covers the following:

1 - Unlimited Telephone/Software Support

2 - Online (remote) Support up to 1 hour per call

3 - 2 hours onsite labour (per breakdown/visit)

4 - Unlimited Telephone Support





ALL FAULTS MUST BE REPORTED TO ABACUS SYSTEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY.


CONTINUED USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT WHILST FAULTY CAN RENDER THIS CONTRACT VOID AND THEREFORE THE COST OF REPAIR WILL BE CHARGEABLE IN FULL.

EXCLUSIONS
(Not covered under this contract)
- Parts are not covered in this contract

- Faults caused by spillage of liquids, misuse or any other clearly visible damage howsoever caused by any user or operator

- Faults caused by inadequate/faulty power supply including operator/accidental disconnection of equipment and/or localised or nationwide power cuts

- Faults caused by an unauthorised attempt to modify or repair, any or all equipment (including peripheral devices and communication cables) covered in this contract by an individual other than an authorised Abacus Technician.
