Support Contracts

As of August 2016, we now offer our customer the opportunity to take out a support contract with us, which enables them to still gain support from us with their EPOS systems, and any queries or problems they have, however brings them great financial benefits.

 

Starting at just £22 per month excl. VAT (just 75p per day), we've got a support contract that will suit your needs.

 


 

Telephone / Software Support Contract

Our budget  friendly support contract offers you with professional support provided both over the phone and online. Whether you're having issues with your terminal and we need to remotely log into your terminal to resolve the issue, or if you've got questions about your system or changes you want made over the phone, this support contract has got you covered.

 

£22 per month (excl. VAT) - that works out as just 75p per day making it very budget friendly.

This contract will include the following:

  • Entitles you and anyone within your establishment to call us for help and assistance* with any problems you might have with your epos system, including any back office solutions; no matter how big or small they may be

*Telephone / Software Support Contract covers calls and online assistance only and does not cover call outs if you have any breakdowns.

Epos System Maintenance Contract with Telephone Support

Our more comprehensive support contract offers you a complete piece of mind, providing you with the benefits of our budget support package however bringing you even greater financial benefits.

 

Starting at £45 per month (excl. VAT) - final price is dependant on your system i.e. type of EPOS terminal, age etc. Additional charges on systems of more than 1 terminal.

This contract will include the following:

  • Maintenance Contract contains the full Telephone / Software Support Contract and it's benefits, however also covers the price of all call out fees and labour costs**

** Maintenance Contract does not cover the cost of any required parts for repairs.

Support Outside of a Support Contract

We are still and will always be committed to providing support to all our customers, regardless of whether you are in a support contract or not. You are therefore under no obligation to take out a support contract - should you decide not to do so, you can still contact us whenever you need support and we'll be happy to help, however a charge will be incurred for our time and services. 

 

Standard Telephone & Online Support charges:
- Telephone / Online Support = £15.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) + VAT. Payable by Card at time of call or invoiced immediately.

 

Our Standard callout and labour charges remain unaffected:
- Call out charge = £58.00 (excl. VAT) - includes the first half hour labour*
- Labour charge = £37.50 (excl. VAT) per half hour

*Prices may vary depending on your location.
